I ordered a PDQ unit, paid for special delivery to arrive the following day, several days later the unit failed to arrive, called customer service/sales and the guy I spoke was zero help and frankly couldn't/t be bothered. So I cancelled the order. The only part of this whole experience that was palatable was the refund arrived within a few days. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone

The ordering of my product was smooth but I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product, I had a phone call from a woman with a foreign accent whom I still don't know if she worked for hillipro or the delivery company reg my delivery and after making several attempts to understand her and being very frustrated that she didn't understand me either after doing my best to make myself as clear spoken as I could was very frustrating and eventually the phone line went dead, but I emailed hillipro and got my order stopped and was refunded, so I was pleased with that.
In a nutshell the ordering was easy and the refund was the same, it was the middle part that let me down a little.

Easy purchasing process, after speaking to the seller they confirmed the items were in stock and would be dispatched the next day. No items received and no communication on email, phones goes through to answer phone.

Bought 2 ingenico holders both were big in size and defective it's been 15 days I have retuned the product but I have not yet received my refund. These people don't answer calls neither respond to emails. I would say never buy from this company they are fraudsters.

The bracket was good quality with installation instructions included.
