The ordering of my product was smooth but I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product, I had a phone call from a woman with a foreign accent whom I still don't know if she worked for hillipro or the delivery company reg my delivery and after making several attempts to understand her and being very frustrated that she didn't understand me either after doing my best to make myself as clear spoken as I could was very frustrating and eventually the phone line went dead, but I emailed hillipro and got my order stopped and was refunded, so I was pleased with that.
In a nutshell the ordering was easy and the refund was the same, it was the middle part that let me down a little.
